An exciting and energetic large financial services organisation in Doncasterare looking for an ambitious Finance Manager with a statutory/technical reporting background. Reporting to the Finance Director this rolewill have a broad remit across financial control, accounting and reporting activities.The JobComplete monthly, quarterly, interim and year end reportingOwn Regulatory reporting including challenging assumptions, verifying data sources and interpretation of new reporting requirementsConduct preparation, reviews and sign-off of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliationsProvide tight financial control over the Balance Sheet, while mitigating risks to the P&LJointly own the audit processes with the Financial Controller, (internal and external / statutory and regulatory) ensuring an accurate, efficient and clean auditDrive and manage continuous improvement across the businessPrepare Statutory Accounts for the businessesEnsure that financial and management reporting is performed accurately & to prescribed timescales and quality standardsProvide financial guidance to support and challenge the business to ensure a robust financial control environment and conformance with group accounting policies and related Accounting Standards, to include implementing new policies as requiredEnsure accurate reporting (preparation/ review) from the financial systemsAct as the main point of contact for the FP&A and Operations teams within the businessOwn the funding process, liaising with Treasury and challenging modelsThe PersonQualified ACA/ACCA/CIMAExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong financial accounting experience including overseeing the month end processConfident when dealing with senior stakeholders in the businessAbility to manage / manipulate large volumes of dataVery strong Excel skillsThe BenefitsExcellent bonus scheme, 10% pension, 25 days holiday and hybrid workingJBRP1_UKTJ
