Job Description SGO Assessment Social Worker - Stockport We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated SGO Assessment Social Worker to join our team in Stockport. This is a focused assessment role responsible for undertaking Discharge of Care Order (CO) Special Guardianship Order (SGO) Assessments for Kinship Foster Carers. The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering high-quality, timely assessments and developing robust support plans.
