Darlington utilizes a relational practice framework , meaning you are supported by integrated family services and Family Group Conference teams. The Perk: Excellent hybrid working. Assessment Team - Newcastle (£31.74ph) Work in the heart of the region in a vibrant, busy Assessment team. Ideal for those who enjoy a dynamic environment and the stability of a central location. What We're Looking For: SWE Registration. Significant experience in Assessment, CIN/CP, or Care Proceedings. A "relational" approach to social work-building real bonds with families. The ability to manage a varied caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
