What We Look For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): We welcome applications from both experienced practitioners and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). Adaptability: The ability to walk into a new classroom and immediately build rapport with pupils. Effective Planning: For long-term roles, the ability to plan, mark, and assess to ensure consistent pupil progress. Classroom Management: Strong, positive behaviour management skills that foster a focused learning environment.
