Job Description Tutors Required (EOTAS - Exmouth, Devon) Quantum Scholars are seeking qualified teachers (QTS) and experienced tutors to deliver 1-to-1 tuition across Exmouth and the surrounding areas of Devon . This work supports pupils who are not currently accessing mainstream education , with tuition delivered either on school sites or off-site in non-educational settings . This role is ideal for teachers looking for a flexible, part-time alternative to mainstream classroom teaching . ?? Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available. Role Overview 1-to-1 tutoring across Exeter and the wider Devon area Delivery may take place on school sites or off-site in community or non-educational settings Pupils may present with a range of needs, including autism, behavioural challenges, SEMH, anxiety, or school refusal Part-time, flexible hours depending on pupil and placement needs Requirements Qualified Teacher Status preferred, or strong tutoring experience Enhanced DBS (Update Service desirable) Ability to travel locally within Exmouth/Devon Experience working with pupils with autism, behavioural needs, SEMH, or alternative provision backgrounds is highly desirable Calm, adaptable, and relationship-focused teaching approach Pay Rate dependent on experience and qualifications
