Job Description Lunchtime Supervisor – Make a Real Difference Every Day! Your presence will shape children’s behaviour, social skills, and well-being in ways that last a lifetime. What You’ll Be Doing Supervising pupils in the dining hall, classrooms, and outdoors Encouraging healthy eating, good manners and respectful behaviour Leading or supporting play activities that promote inclusion Ensuring children feel safe, engaged and supported Administering minor first aid when needed Being a positive, reliable and encouraging role model What We’re Looking For You don’t need years of experience — we’re looking for the right person , someone who is: Friendly, calm and able to build rapport quickly Confident managing groups of children Enthusiastic, reliable and a great communicator Passionate about creating a positive school experience Committed to safeguarding and child welfare If you’re caring, organised and love being around children, this role will fit you perfectly.
