What We’re Looking For: A relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one Qualified to at least Level 2 in one trade area, with competence in at least one additional trade Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a lecturing or training role within Further or Higher Education Strong understanding of innovative teaching techniques and internal quality processes A professional, customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons across multiple trade disciplines to further education learners Develop curriculum materials and assess student work to ensure learning goals are met Lead and coordinate course teams, contributing to course verification and quality assurance Support student recruitment, guidance, and progression through mentoring and coaching Maintain up-to-date knowledge in your specialist areas and contribute to departmental development Benefits of working for Reed Further Education/our client: Exclusive representation to leading FE colleges and training providers in the area 1-2-1 Specialist Consultant who will search for jobs on your behalf.
