General Operative - Concrete Prefabricates Working Hours: During peak periods: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime may be available Weekends: Saturday and Sunday shifts available Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour (first 40 hours) 14.21 per hour (after 40 hours) 14.21 per hour (Saturday) 15.21 per hour (Sunday) 40 attendance bonus for every fully completed week Role: We are looking for a General Operative to work within concrete prefabricates . Key Responsibilities: Assist in the production, handling, and assembly of concrete prefabricated products. Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently. Follow production schedules and maintain quality standards. Handle materials, including loading, unloading, moving, and heavy lifting of concrete components. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations. Support the team with general tasks as required to meet production targets.
