Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care Larne, Northern Ireland Permanent | Full-Time (37.5 hrs) On-Call Responsibility Included £42000 per annum The Role As Registered Manager, you will be the legally accountable person responsible for: Leading the service in line with Domiciliary Care Agencies Regulations (NI) 2007 Ensuring full compliance with RQIA Minimum Standards Overseeing care planning, risk assessments, and quality assurance Managing safeguarding concerns and incident reporting Recruiting, supervising, and developing care staff Maintaining governance systems, policies, and procedures Liaising with RQIA inspectors and external stakeholders Ensuring safe staffing levels and rota management Participating in an on-call rota to support operational continuity This is primarily a daytime managerial role, with flexibility required to meet service needs. Essential Criteria Minimum 2 years management experience within the last 5 years in adult health or social care Experience within domiciliary care, residential care, or supported living Strong knowledge of RQIA standards and regulatory compliance Experience managing safeguarding and risk Leadership and staff supervision experience Registered with or eligible for registration with NISCC, NMC, or relevant professional body Must meet RQIA fitness requirements for Registered Manager Willingness to undergo Enhanced Access NI check Desirable Criteria Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) Registered Nurse (Adult) Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager Why Join Us?
