Senior Engineer/Engineer - YorkshireReady to own a site from planning to handover? This role puts you in control of technical delivery and site infrastructure from planning approval through construction to final estate completion and adoption. You will drive best-value engineering solutions, coordinate utilities and design information, and make sure everything lands on time, on budget, and compliant.If it connects, drains, powers, or supports the site... you are on it.The role -Lead technical delivery across roads, sewers, drainage, earthworks, utilities and site infrastructureOwn all technical information from drawings, approvals, quotations, agreements (S104/S38), and on-site connectionsManage consultants (civil, structural, environmental, transport, flood risk, surveys) to secure best-value, build-ready solutionsCoordinate legal and statutory agreements in partnership with external legal teamsBe the technical voice on site, attending pre-start, monthly and progress meetingsKeep construction moving by issuing clear, timely information to construction, sales and commercialSupport live sites with practical, cost-effective technical guidanceAbout you -QualificationsHND / Degree in Building Studies, Construction, Engineering or equivalentExperienceProven experience within the housebuilding industryKnowledge & SkillsStrong understanding of roads & sewers agreements and value engineeringIn-depth knowledge of utilities, approvals, and statutory processesConfident user of AutoCAD, civil engineering software, and data systemsSolid grasp of CDM, NHBC/LABC standards, and Codes of PracticeA natural communicator able to lead, influence, and coordinate across teamsWe believe Harron Homes is a place for everyone, no matter where you come from, what you look like or how you identify.Please note due to the volume of applicants, if you have not heard from us within 14 days, please accept this as confirmation that we will not be progressing with your application further on this occasion.
