We strive to ensure that we inspire our guests to celebrate the joy of everyday connection.As part of the senior leadership team, this highly visible role will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of our continuously evolving housekeeping brand standards. Working closely with the Hotel Manager & Operations Manager, this position will be expected to lead on the implementation and execution of the housekeeping strategy.This role will include operational shift coverage across a seven-day senior duty management rota.
