Branch SupervisorLocation: FelixstowePays: 32k 35k p/annumPermanent, Full TimeSourceCo Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Branch Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a busy and growing automotive parts distribution branch. This is a hands on leadership role combining stock control, sales growth, customer service, and operational supervision.If you have experience within lorry/HGV parts, automotive parts, or a similar technical trade environment, and enjoy balancing commercial performance with operational excellence this could be the role for you.The Role:As Branch Supervisor, you will take ownership of:Stock & Inventory ControlManaging imprest and owned stock to high accuracy standardsMaintaining stock levels, rotation and housekeepingEnsuring strong compliance with company processes and proceduresSales & Business DevelopmentDriving new business opportunities and securing new accountsGrowing and managing existing customer relationshipsWorking to agreed sales targets and KPIsPromoting products and services within the truck, trailer or related sectorsCustomer ServiceActing as the professional face of the branchDelivering excellent service face to face and over the phoneResolving queries efficiently and commerciallyOperational LeadershipSupporting delivery operations and route planningSupervising team members and promoting best practiceReporting on stock, sales and performance to managementEnsuring deadlines and service levels are consistently achievedHealth, Safety & Fire ComplianceMaintaining a safe, compliant working environmentConducting risk assessments and workplace checksLeading health & safety culture within the branchActing as Fire Marshal and supporting fire drillsAbout You:We are looking for someone who is:?
