This team provides firmwide insight, partnering with the CEO, CIO, Investment Committee, and Fundraising leadership to optimise portfolio construction, capital pacing, and fundlevel performance strategy. It plays a crucial role across three strategic pillars: fundraising, investments/fund performance, and realisations.What Youll Do:Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on how capital is deployed across funds and productsEvaluate deal flow and recommend optimal capital routing and timing across mandatesShape forwardlooking fund performance strategy, drawdown modelling, and crossportfolio analyticsDevelop investment narratives and support investor communications alongside the CEO/CIOContribute to product development, fund design, and market positioning based on opportunity setOversee and mentor analysts; gradually take on shared signoff responsibility for insights deliveredWhat Were Looking For:There is no single ideal profile the focus is on commercial and analytical strength. You may come from:Fund strategy, portfolio analytics, or portfolio construction at a private credit, real estate or PE platformInvestor reporting or fund operations/finance, with strategic exposure and storytelling capabilityAdvisory, consulting, or transaction services with experience advising fundsWhat matters is your ability to interpret the big picture, work across functions, and influence with credibility.
