Job SummaryAssociate Partner Surveyor a senior property surveying role based in Winchester, working on Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects such as Rail, Road, Energy and Transport. The role delivers temporary access, acquisition, compensation, and valuation advice, and leads multidisciplinary project teams.Take the next step in your career now, scroll down to read the full role description and make your application.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the delivery of major Infrastructure projects for National Bodies and Corporate investors.Produce valuation reports in accordance with RICS Valuation Standards and client instructions.Develop and pursue new business and relationship opportunities, driving local initiatives.Undertake option and lease negotiations, valuations and other professional negotiations.Conduct feasibility and development appraisals while ensuring high quality standards and professional behaviour.Negotiate disturbance claims and consents for access across thirdparty land.Provide specialist advice on statutory and sectorial process changes.Manage lease events, asset acquisition, disposals, and mitigate risks.Lead acquisition projects through detailed due diligence, transfer negotiations and capital works management.Coordinate and mentor a team of surveyors, contributing to internal system development and efficiency improvements.QualificationsRICS Qualified and RICS Registered Valuer.Extensive PQE experience in a general practice/infrastructure surveying role.Strong businessdevelopment orientation and excellent customer service focus.Experience in Compulsory Purchase and rural surveying is desirable.Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, analytical and problemsolving skills.Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with frequent travel; a full driving licence is essential. xjdpvnf This job description may not be exhaustive the successful candidate may be required to undertake additional duties to support the departments objectives.
