The role, based in London or remotely, focuses on delivering bold, engaging creative for the UKs most iconic radio brands Magic Radio, Greatest Hits Radio, KISS, Absolute Radio, Hits Radio as well as podcasts, social video, commercial events and the Rayo listening app.Your RoleYoull lead the newly formed Design Hub, a multidisciplinary team of talented designers and video producers. Together you will craft compelling creative that connects with millions of listeners and viewers while ensuring execution aligns with business objectives.ResponsibilitiesAct as the key liaison between Design and crossfunctional stakeholdersLead the design team and provide art direction as requiredManage a motion graphic designer and deliver brand video projectsOversee production timelines, budgets and resource allocationImplement scalable workflows using Troubleshoot production challenges while maintaining creative integrityProvide guidance and development opportunities for the teamMaintain a database of freelancers and manage freelance budgetsFoster a culture of collaboration, experimentation and continuous improvementRequired SkillsProven experience in creative leadership and production managementStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)Experience managing video animation and motion graphics projectsExcellent timemanagement and organisational skillsAbility to lead, motivate and develop a creative teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly creative with a strategic mindsetDeep understanding of composition, colour science and design trendsPassion for music, entertainment, podcasts and Bauer brandsExperience using AI platforms and ExperienceExperience managing a creative team in media, audio, radio, entertainment or digital industriesProven track record delivering creative projects in fastpaced environmentsWorking Pattern / LocationFulltime, permanent. xjdpvnf Hybrid ideally London but not essential.
