Head of Exhibitor Relations, Frieze (1 Year Fixed-Term Contract)Considering applying for this job Do not delay, scroll down and make your application as soon as possible to avoid missing out.Frieze are hiring a Head of Exhibitor Relations to join the team in a 1 year fixedterm contract to ensure the delivery of all Exhibitor services, coordination of Exhibitor processes and systems for all fairs and taking on management of the Exhibitor Relations team in London.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesExhibitor Processes CoordinationOversee the exhibitor timeline across all fairsLiaise with Director of Exhibitor Relations, Fair Directors and teams to ensure fairs are delivered on time and on budgetTrack improvements implementation yearround across all fairsCoordinate team debriefs with other departments and external contractors across all fairsMaintain, review and update exhibitor proceduresLead conversation with Digital team to ensure maintenance and development of exhibitor sites and platformsLiaise with Data team to ensure consistency and accuracy of our Exhibitor databaseEnsure consistency of procedures and decisions across all fairsKeep accurate and up to date information on other art fairsCoordinate team to produce research and analysis as required by DirectorsSupport Expo Chicago and The Armory Show teams on the onboarding to Friezes systems and proceduresExhibitor Services DeliveryOversee applications process across all fairs to ensure informed decision making and timely launchOversee Committee meetings preparation and delivery across all fairs, including results processOversee exhibitor manual launch across all fairs to ensure informed decision making and timely launchOversee stand plan process across all fairs to ensure accurate inform process and timely sign offLead conversations with Production team and external contractors to ensure best possible experience for exhibitorsLead liaison with Finance team across all fairs, oversee gallery invoicing and debt collection processOversee yearround communications to galleriesOversee delivery of all online material related to gallery information and contentSupport Directors in the delivery of the curated sectionsBe the point of escalation for exhibitor related issues for Exhibitor Relations Managers, Coordinators and Assistants, yearround and onsiteMake recommendations on the overall Exhibitor strategy across all fairsSupport research and implementation of innovations relating to galleriesExhibitor Team ManagementManage and oversee the Exhibitor team on the delivery of all fairsHold 1:1s and fair specific meetingsDefine team members goals, whilst supporting their development and performanceRecruit and train new team members as neededKnowledge & SkillsetProven experience working in the arts and/or events at a senior levelHighly organised with ability to manage and deliver on fastpaced timelineStrong leadership, management and communication skillsAbility to foster growth and development within a teamExperience working with multiple stakeholders to deliver complex and highquality events/projectsStrong conflict resolution and negotiation skillsDemonstrated success in budget managementFamiliarity with project management tools and CRM systemsWorking ConditionsOffice location: London, Surrey StreetWorking hours: 9am-5pmPlease note this is a 1 Year Fixedterm Contract.Weekend work likely required around the week of the fairs.Our Diversity & Inclusion StatementFrieze unites people in our love of the arts.
