The unique challenges/ opportunities that you would help tackle are embedding entities to understand user behavior across multitouch fragmented journeys in a continuous cold start setting.Get to work on Knowledge Graph Embeddings, AutoEncoders, Attention etc to enable representing Users and Experiences in a common latent space with application across multiple downstream tasks like Search, Ranking, Notifications etc.Design, code, experiment and implement models and algorithms to enhance customer satisfaction, increase supplier value, optimize business results, and ensure infrastructure efficiency.Collaborate with product managers and various business stakeholders to ensure topquality outcomes to meet internal objectives.Investigate and adopt innovative concepts that offer tangible benefits.To Be Successful In The Role, You'll Need5+ years of handson data science experience.In-depth knowledge of AI/ML/DL, Statistics, and related opensource libraries.Awareness of current ML techniques, keen on selfimprovement and striving to solve realworld data challenges.Strong skills in SQL and at least one programming language.To be comfortable in code reviews, discussing architecture, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for regular model deployments.Experience in deploying online solutions and analysing realtime results through A/B testing.To be passionate about mentoring junior members of the team, and have a strong desire to help us perform to the best of our ability.Leadership qualities, autonomy, and team collaboration skills.Clear communication skills, awareness of the audience, and proactive sharing of findings.
