Were looking for a senior Payments Regulatory lawyer to join our client, a multinational fin tech company, to support them for at least 3 to 6 months.Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.Youll be joining the team acting as the SME for UK EMI and MiFID permissions. Ideally youll have strong knowledge of payments law, cross-border regulatory issues, and experience advising enterprise platforms. Youll also be experienced in UK EMI and MiFID regulatory frameworks.Your role will include:Acting as the primary UK lawyer, working independentlyAdvising on paymentsrelated legal issues, including multicurrency wallet services, card issuing, and crossborder transactionsOverseeing UK EMI applications currently in progress and MiFID permissionsDelivering practical, riskbased legal advice, balancing compliance with commercial decisionmakingSupporting compliance work related to MiFID licence and ongoing uplift for DORA requirementsCollaborating with stakeholders across EMEA, America, and APACThis assignment will be full time, ideally with 3 days in the London office.
