This includes data collection, analysis, and performance measurement of inservice or new equipment/system fits. Activities span from supporting integration and acceptance of new equipment to providing Verification and Validation evidence against requirement sets. As a T&V Consultant, you will contribute to specialist deliverables, lead technical discussions, and apply your expertise to ensure outcomes align with best practice. Working across military domainssuch as Submarine, Weapon Engineering, DOORs, Army Trials, and Systems Engineeringyoull also have opportunities to engage in civilian projects. The role demands strong technical scrutiny, requirements development and the ability to mentor junior team members, while considering commercial aspects and supporting bids. This is a dynamic position for professionals who thrive on influencing technical outcomes and driving projects to successful completion.About YouYou will hold a minimum of a degree in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or an equivalent qualification), with alternatives such as HND/HNC supported by relevant experience. Youll bring demonstrable knowledge of military systems and operations, along with a strong understanding of security requirements. A solid grasp of integration, test, evaluation and systems acceptance processes is essential, as is experience in acceptance, tests and trialsor at least the ability to confidently advise on correct procedures and policies used within MOD and industry. Ideally, you will also have familiarity with CADMID, the VModel and defence lines of development, as well as experience in military operations, safety and training considerations, and working knowledge of DOORS.
