Traffic Modeller Senior Consultant / Principal ConsultantCandidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.Steers Feasibility Design practice is looking to expand its traffic modelling offer by recruiting a modeller into our London-based team to deliver a broad portfolio of projects.The ticket skilled person will lead the development of microsimulation and local traffic models, provide technical expertise and advice to clients and colleagues, and support the growth of the business. We will support your growth and development in modelling or analysis depending on your preferences, with a personal supervisor and technical guidance to help your career flourish.Our Feasibility Design team collaborates to help clients deliver highprofile transport and development projects across the UK and overseas, including multimodal highway schemes, liveable neighbourhoods, Wembley Stadium eventcap mitigation, Canary Wharf development, and active travel/cycle corridors in London and Manchester.Models you produce feed into the development of sustainable, multimodal highways; awareness of such design considerations is an advantage. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.Fulltime employees are encouraged to spend 60% of their time either in the office or onsite with clients, with a typical work week of 37.5 hours.
