In particular, youll play a pivotal role in the design, build, and launch of our Finance platform, a brandnew addition to MHRs portfolio. Youll be responsible for ensuring this product is marketready, meeting the highest standards of security, performance, and reliability, while driving innovation, scalability, and alignment with Product Design. With deep expertise across cloud platforms, agile development, DevOps practices, and modern architectures, youll set the strategic direction for software engineering in collaboration with the CTO and senior leadership.Your TeamYoull lead, mentor, and inspire a highperforming team of software engineers, building a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration across multiple disciplines. By coaching and developing talent, fostering best practices, and ensuring alignment with outsourced partners, youll create an environment where technical excellence and continuous improvement thrive.
