Youll build and inspire a high-performing team, drive customer acquisition and forge strong partnerships that position Novatech as the go-to provider for automated IT delivery. This is a senior leadership role focused on team management, development, strategy creation and delivery. There are no individual sales targets for the role, the targets set will be based on team delivery and leading from the front. Its an exciting role with real impact, its a role that focusses on internal and external collaboration, working closely with our CEO and shaping company-wide transformation.What youll be doing:Leading the D2D sales strategy and aligning it with Novatechs growth ambitionsCoaching and developing a talented sales team to deliver exceptional resultsDriving collaboration across the business, including marketing, product, operations and customer serviceBuilding strategic relationships with key clients and partnersRepresenting Novatechs D2D service at executive level and influencing future business directionSupporting the team to sell and build relationships at C-suite levelWhat were looking for:Were seeking a proven leader with a track record of building and guiding high-performing sales teams.
