They are now looking to appoint an experienced Sales Director to drive growth, take full ownership of the sales function, and play a key role in scaling the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead new business acquisition across multi-tenanted buildings, developing strong relationships with landlords, facilities managers, lift companies, and commercial tenantsEngage with clients to understand their requirements and confidently present tailored connectivity and GSM solutionsOwn the full sales cycle endtoend, from prospecting and negotiation through to contracting, delivery, and completionCoordinate closely with carriers, engineers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projectsLead negotiations for new contracts, renewals, and service expansions to achieve strong commercial outcomesBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline, following up on inbound leads and proactively generating outbound opportunitiesReview installations and provide structured feedback to help improve service levels and customer satisfactionAs the business grows, take on the opportunity to build and lead a sales teamSkills & ExperienceStrong commercial mindset with the ability to influence and close deals at senior decisionmaker levelProven consultative sales experience, ideally within telecoms, IoT / M2M, facilities management, or technical services xjdpvnf Highly selfmotivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomouslyExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and technical solutionsPackage & Start DateBase salary: 40,000 60,000, depending on experienceCommission: Uncapped, with 5%10% of annual revenue generatedStart date: Immediate hire preferred; candidates with short notice periods will be prioritised
