Key Responsibilities Are you looking to start or accelerate your career in luxury hospitality? This could be within Food and Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, Gym, Grounds or another hotel area which excites you. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are going to help Grantley Hall rewrite the rule book on hospitality. If you are driven to develop yourself whilst creating ways to improve our guest experience, then we want you on our team! To support your development during your placement, we have a dedicated Learning and Development function based within the Grantley Hall estate. We offer on the job training, personal development, coaching & mentoring, managerial and supervisory training coupled with professional qualifications specific to each individual's requirements. You will be given a project to complete during your internship to develop your understanding and give you an opportunity to contribute to the success of Grantley Hall. Throughout the year you will also take part in fun and developmental team activities with your fellow placement students and colleagues. Whether the dream is of becoming the next award-winning receptionist, leading sommelier or head housekeeper, this internship will help pave your way to success.
