This is a hands-on, generalist role where you’ll make a real difference. You'll provide trusted advice, lead on employee relations casework, and contribute to organisation-wide people initiatives. What you’ll be doing Reporting to the Strategic HR Business Partner, you’ll provide a high quality, proactive HR service across the full employee lifecycle. Your work will be varied and impactful, covering employee relations casework, job evaluation, HR policy development and workforce reporting. This is a role with real scope; you’ll be trusted to lead on defined projects and milestones, while also acting as a go-to advisor for managers and colleagues. You’ll also contribute to, and lead elements of the People Plan, which may include HR initiatives such as wellbeing, EDI and learning & development. What we’re looking for You’ll demonstrate the required HR skills and experience, supported byCIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional experiencein a HR generalist advisory role. You’ll be experienced in usingMS Exceland be able to generate workforce reports and analyse data to supportevidence baseddecision making. We’re also looking for someone who is aconfident communicator, able to buildtrustandinfluenceat all levels, and who thrives in acollaborative, values led culture. You’ll be organised and resilient, able to balance casework with project delivery i within a varied workload that requires effective prioritisation.
