Job Description

H9 Talent Solutions are hiring for an Investment Vice President to join our clients London based advisory team. The role will focus on leading transaction execution across infrastructure and energy transition mandates, including renewable generation, digital infrastructure, transport and broader real assets. This is a senior execution role suited to an individual with strong technical capability, commercial judgement and the ability to operate directly with clients, investors and senior stakeholders. Role and ResponsibilitiesLead day to day execution of M&A and capital raising mandates Manage financial modelling, valuation analysis and transaction structuring Oversee preparation of marketing materials, information memoranda and management presentations Support negotiation of transaction documentation alongside senior deal leadsClient ManagementServe as a key point of contact for clients throughout live transactions Develop strong relationships with infrastructure funds, strategic investors and lenders Contribute to board level and shareholder presentationsOrigination SupportAssist Partners in developing new business opportunities Prepare pitch materials and market analysis across core infrastructure sectors Maintain active dialogue with investors in the energy transition and infrastructure ecosystem Manage and mentor Associates and Analysts Ensure high-quality analytical output and timely delivery of workstreams Contribute to building a high-performance, collaborative cultureEducation and ExperienceMinimum of 5 years’ experience in infrastructure investment banking, advisory or infrastructure private equity Strong financial modelling and valuation capability Direct experience in energy transition, digital infrastructure, transport or utilities Proven track record of managing workstreams in live transactions Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders ACA / CFA / MBA advantageous but not essential#J-18808-Ljbffr
