General Manager (Sales) – Precision Engineering Locations: Huddersfield & Bury Salary: £95,000 + pension + performance-based incentives Wilbest Precision Engineering and Falcon Precision Engineering are established CNC and precision engineering businesses operating as part of a wider group, benefiting from shared strategic direction, investment, and collaboration. We are recruiting a sales-focused General Manager to lead both businesses and drive profitable growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, creating new opportunities, and turning strategy into results.
