We are pleased to present an exceptional opportunity for an established Intellectual Property Partner to join a top-tier national law firm as part of its strategic London growth plan.IP Partner - London - Salary Up To £250kThe FirmThe firm has an existing stream of IP instructions across its national client base but is now looking to make a transformational senior hire to build and lead a dedicated London-based IP offering.This is a rare opportunity for a commercially driven IP Partner to:Establish and lead an IP practice within a well-capitalised national platformLeverage an existing client baseBring and develop a portable book of businessBuild and scale a team in LondonShape the long-term IP strategy of the firmThe successful candidate will play a central role in defining and executing the firm’s IP growth strategy, with full support from senior leadership.The CandidateThe appointed Partner will:Lead the development of an IP practice in LondonAdvise on a full spectrum of IP mattersDrive business development initiatives across the firm’s client baseRecruit, mentor and develop junior lawyers as the team expandsCollaborate with Corporate, Commercial and Disputes teams on cross-disciplinary mattersThere is significant autonomy attached to this role, alongside meaningful investment and strategic backing.
