Are you an experienced care professional looking for a change?Come and join the Agincare family as a home careDeputy ManagerWhere you'll be workingHome Care in Bournemouth & Christchurch | Care at Home | AgincareAgincare UK Christchurch - Care Quality CommissionAs an Agincare employee you'll enjoyThis is a 12 month temporary contractUp to £30,000 per annumRefer a friend scheme up to £1000*Mileage 32p per mileOutstanding career developmentFully funded training up to QCF level 5Blue Light care discount packageCompany pension schemeWhat is required from you?A minimum of 12 months on your right to workA full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleKnowledgeable of the care sector - preferably within a home care settingGood knowledge of the CQC key lines of enquiry and other regulatory frameworks.QCF diplomate at level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)Prior experience leading and engaging a team of care assistantsInclude any further information regarding hours etc.A day in the life of a Deputy ManagerYou will support the Registered Manager, and work closely together to provide consistent operational management, leadership, and oversight.Together you will ensure a safe, caring, responsive, effective, and well-led service to our clients and staff to ensure a high delivery of care.Your responsibilities will include:Induction of new team members and supervision and support to existing team membersThe completion of care audits to ensure good practice and trigger reviews in care provision for clients as needs change. Your care plans would be person-centred, with focus on dignity and individualityLiaising with family members, care professionals, social workers and the clients themselves to ensure a holistic and transparent care provision.Monitor, report and investigate risks and events of safeguarding concern or harm and ensure processes are in place to mitigate and/or avoid these risksEnsuring administrative records such as daily care notes, medication charts and meeting notes are up to date.About AgincareWere a family run business thats been caring and supporting people since 1986.
