Our Finance Shared Services team plays a vital role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting across all business categories. Were now looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join our General Ledger team and support a portfolio of Samworth Brothers businesses.This role is perfect for someone who is working towards (or has achieved) an AAT qualification, has experience in finance, and enjoys problem-solving in a collaborative team environment.Deliver month-end activities for a defined set of Samworth Brothers businesses, ensuring all deadlines are met.Prepare and post prepayments, accruals, and other required journals accurately.Coordinate and calculate intercompany recharges to support accurate cost allocation.Complete balance sheet reconciliations for allocated accounts, ensuring audit-ready quality.Support ad hoc management accounting tasks and contribute to continuous improvement projects.The Ideal CandidateWe believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
