Field Service Engineer - Fire & SecurityLocation: Sheffield & Yorkshire regionSalary: £30,000-£40,000 DOE + Vehicle + Overtime + BenefitsContract: Permanent, Full -TimeA leading national fire 'security specialist is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their growing team in the Sheffield/Yorkshire area. This role offers a mix of installation, service, maintenance and commissioning across fire alarms, emergency lighting and electronic security systems.The RoleInstall, service and fault-find on fire alarms, intruder, CCTV, access control and emergency lightingCarry out PPM, compliance testing and commissioningComplete digital job reports, handover packs and asset updatesWork from drawings/specs and ensure high standards of workmanshipProvide excellent customer service and maintain safe working practicesOptional callout/overtime available with enhanced ratesWhat You NeedExperience with at least three disciplines: Fire / Emergency Lighting / Intruder / CCTV / Access ControlStrong fault-finding skillsKnowledge of BS 5839, PD 6662/EN 50131, BS EN 62676 (preferred but not essential)Electrical experienceFull UK driving licenceDesirable: FIA training, ECS/CSCS, IPAF/PASMA.Benefits£30k-£40k basic salary DOECompany van & fuel cardTools, PPE, tablet & phoneFIA/manufacturer training25 days holiday + bank holidaysPension & life assuranceLocal working patchTPBN1_UKTJ
