This role is ideal for someone starting out in the insurance industry or looking to take the next step from an administrative, customer service or junior broking role.Youll provide vital support to our Account Handler, Broker and Associate Director while developing the technical skills and confidence needed to grow into a full Account Handler role.What youll be doingYoull play a key part in delivering an efficient, professional and friendly service to our clients. Typical responsibilities include:Working with our team of Account Handlers to answer telephone and email queries.Preparing and issuing policy documentation including New Business packs, Renewals and Mid-Term Adjustments.Liaising with insurers and internal teams to ensure smooth policy administration and manage key timelines.Supporting the team with debt management & keeping files up to date. What were looking forYou dont need years of experience just the right attitude and willingness to learn.EssentialStrong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents.Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise when under pressure.
