Typical responsibilities include:Working with our team of Account Handlers to answer telephone and email queries.Preparing and issuing policy documentation including New Business packs, Renewals and Mid-Term Adjustments.Liaising with insurers and internal teams to ensure smooth policy administration and manage key timelines.Supporting the team with debt management & keeping files up to date.
