Clinical Services Manager | Specialist Neuro-rehab service | £57k p/a + benefits If you are a Ward Manager, Matron or experienced Senior Nurse based in Gloucester and youre ready to step into broader leadership, this Clinical Services Manager role offers the chance to shape clinical strategy within a specialist neurological service on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will move beyond day-to-day operational management into a visible, service-wide leadership position. With responsibility for governance, performance and clinical standards, you will directly influence patient outcomes and service development. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strong clinical leadership and direction to nursing, allied health professionals and medical staff, in line with national guidance and regulatory standards.Lead clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement to deliver safe, effective patient care and maintain at least a Good CQC rating.Monitor clinical performance indicators and outcome data, implementing action plans where required.Support the Service Director with clinical strategy, service development and annual planning.About YouRegistered Nurse with valid NMC PIN.Prior experience in a supervisory/leadership capacity within a relevant care setting.Working knowledge of CQC legislation and regulatory standards.If you are ready to step into a strategic clinical leadership role within neurological rehabilitation, we would welcome a confidential conversation.
