We are known for investing in people, supporting innovation, and creating homes where both residents and teams thrive.Your Role: Helping Build Excellence from Day OneAs Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be a visible clinical leader within the home. You’ll support the Home Manager in commissioning the service, building the team, and embedding safe, outstanding clinical care from the very beginning.You will help shape systems, mentor nurses, and ensure every resident receives compassionate, person-centred support grounded in clinical excellence.You’ll play a central role in:Supporting the safe and successful commissioning of the homeLeading and developing the nursing and care teamEnsuring clinical governance, compliance, and quality standards are embeddedSupporting safe admissions and person-centred care planningActing as a role model for professional, compassionate clinical leadershipBuilding trust with residents, families, and external professionalsSupporting the Home Manager in creating a positive, values-driven cultureYour leadership will help create a home where people feel safe, supported, and proud to work.About YouYou are a Registered Nurse who leads with both clinical confidence and compassion. You bring calm leadership, strong clinical judgement, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding care.You will have:Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMNExperience working in a nursing home or complex care environmentStrong clinical knowledge, including dementia or mental health careExperience supporting, mentoring, or supervising clinical teamsA clear understanding of CQC standards and clinical governanceA calm, supportive, and visible leadership styleA genuine passion for improving lives through exceptional careCommissioning experience is welcomed but not essential.
