Responsibilities: Preparing and planning group and independent tours Preparing itineraries and quotes Preparing confirmed itineraries and documents Liaising with all suppliers Dealing with clients calls and emails Assisting customers: aftersales care Traveling to Japan Ideal Candidate: Fluent in English and good command of written and spoken Japanese Good knowledge of Japanese culture & geography Good attention to detail Previous relevant experience useful but not essential Positive, friendly, polite, cando attitude
