A strong background in sales and business development is required, with aviation experience being advantageous but not essential. A proven track record in account management, a desire to learn, and the ability to thrive in a targetdriven team environment are essential. The role requires adaptability, initiative, and the capacity to work from senior leadership direction.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProactive and measured outbound sales efforts to build and maintain a diverse client base.Maximise all inbound opportunities by offering tailored offerings and delivering profitable bookings.Ensure clients receive the right products and services for their current requirements.Regular engagement with the Flexjet sales team if the client has shared ownership potential.Commit to delivering outstanding customer service.Own and meet/exceed FXAIR targets and KPIs on Revenue, Margin, New Business, and Referrals.Log all sales efforts via FXAIR Salesforce CRM.Handle each inbound lead swiftly and professionally with a clear focus on securing the business.Maximise each charter opportunity while maintaining a focus on longterm client progression.Take a dynamic approach to sales, pivoting with market trends and external challenges.Collaborate and build strong links with Client Service and Revenue Management teams.Foster longterm relationships with clients and our supplier network.Sourcing aircraft through the OneSky approved operator network ensuring high quality and service.Liaise with Revenue Management to check onfleet and managed solutions for each request.Manage charter bookings from enquiry to Client Services handover.Embody the brand and contribute positively to the FXAIR Culture.Education & ExperienceBA degree or equivalent from a twoyear college or technical school in a service and/or hospitality field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience in the business aviation industry preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Language skills are advantageous.Required Skills & QualificationsLegal ability to work in the European Union.Prepared to make regular visits to corporate offices.Strong attention to detail.Excellent timemanagement skills.Ability to work in a team atmosphere and manage a flexible schedule.Capacity to grow and thrive in a performancedriven culture where communication and teamwork are key.ScheduleAbility and willingness to work early & late shifts, weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required.CompensationCompetitive salary and benefits package. xjdpvnf Marketleading commission structure.Seniority LevelMidSenior levelEmployment TypeFulltimeJob FunctionStrategy/Planning and Information TechnologyIndustriesAviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing
