This business is the top player in its market and is seeking a commercial lawyer to cover an 18month maternity leave and handle a range of commercial law matters. Reporting into an experienced senior legal counsel, you will have responsibility for assisting on customer and supplier contracts, advising on bids and tenders, supporting strategic projects, providing GDPR and general risk & compliance advice, and handling companysecretarial matters. If you are available immediately or will be shortly, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on a lengthy fixedterm contract while gaining significant exposure in a major international business. It is a prerequisite that you have significant experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and can manage key stakeholders within a fastpaced sector. The business is flexible around hybrid working, but some office presence will be required in the Milton Keynes office.
