Personal Injury Solicitor Location: North Kent | Hybrid Working Considered A leading law firm is seeking a talented Solicitor with expertise in Personal Injury, ideally some Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and Credit Hire litigation to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload and contribute to a dynamic department. The Role Handle a caseload of litigated and prelitigated RTA and credit hire claims Draft pleadings, witness statements and other court documents Negotiate settlements and liaise with clients, insurers and counsel Ensure compliance with legislation and procedural rules Provide commercially focused legal advice and robust representation Support junior team members when required Key Requirements Qualified Solicitor (England xjdpvnf & Wales) with 2+ years PQE Strong knowledge of RTA and credit hire litigation Experience across Small, Fast, Intermediate and MultiTrack cases Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
