Overview What Youll Be Doing (in a nutshell): Owning and scaling a warm desk across Primary, Secondary, and SEND Building long-term relationships with schools and educators Driving business development and growing market presence Placing amazing candidates in roles where they thrive Running the full 360 recruitment cycle Working toward Managing Consultantwith a clear, supported path What Youll Get Transparent progression pathway from day one 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Birthday and charity days off 2 monthly Empowering Days (WFH) growing to 3!
