In this role, youll manage a Secondary Schools desk, building strong relationships with both schools and candidates. The Role As a Principal Consultant, youll take on a 360 recruitment role with a clear progression path whether you aim to become a Managing Consultant or the top biller in your team. Youll be responsible for: Building and managing client relationships Sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent Driving business development and market growth Managing the full recruitment cycle Youll be a key player in shaping and expanding our Secondary division across the region.
