You'll take ownership of identifying, engaging, and winning new clients across several specialist markets, including: Medical Scanning Nuclear Shielding XRay Shielding Aerospace Automotive Motorsport Alongside new business development, you'll also play a key role in uncovering growth opportunities within an established client base, ensuring longterm partnerships and increased revenue streams. Key Responsibilities of a Head of Sales Manager Proactively identify and secure new clients, predominantly in UK and European markets. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs within highly technical and regulated sectors. Work closely with the senior management team to shape commercial strategy and support longterm business goals. Expand revenue within existing accounts by identifying new applications, product lines, or service opportunities. What We're Looking For Head of Sales experience, ideally within technical, engineering, or manufacturing environments. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build relationships at all levels. A proactive, selfmotivated approach with the confidence to open doors and close deals.
