HGV Class C Driver (RORO & Bulk Tipper) Location: Bristol BS11 15.98For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.- 19.40 per hour Full-Time | Permanent | 4 on / 4 off Shift Pattern Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are currently recruiting 2 x HGV Class C Drivers for an immediate start.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, 24/7/365 waste management operation, working within a professional and safety-focused environment.The Role As an HGV Driver, you will be responsible for the collection and delivery of solid waste materials.The role primarily involves operating: 32-ton RORO (Roll-On Roll-Off) vehicles Bulk tippers This position operates on a 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern, with 6:00am starts, including weekend work as part of the rota.Key Responsibilities Safe collection and delivery of solid waste Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations and site procedures Ensuring accurate paperwork and compliance requirements are met Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service Requirements Valid HGV Class C licence Previous experience driving 32-ton RORO and/or bulk tippers preferred Waste industry experience highly desirable Strong attention to detail Health & Safety conscious approach Ability to pass a driving assessment and basic xjdpvnf H&S courses prior to employment Training & Development Successful candidates will have the opportunity to receive additional training to operate other plant and machinery, including: Telehandlers Loading shovels Excavators Pay & Benefits 15.98- 19.40 per hour PAYE: From 16.00 per hour LTD: Up to 20.00 per hour Bonus scheme available In-person role Please apply with your CV via the apply button.
