We're looking for a Client Accountant to join a growing team and take ownership of a multi-site residential portfolio.Apply now, read the job details by scrolling down Double check you have the necessary skills before sending an application.This is not just a support role, youll be empowered to manage, report and drive real financial insight across a diverse property portfolio.What Youll Be Doing: Portfolio Management Take full ownership of a regional portfolio of residential sites typically 45, depending on size.Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful financial insights.Monthly & Quarterly Reporting Lead the creation of management packs, with commentary that brings the numbers to life.Drive monthly forecasting and support budgeting processes across departments.Deliver clear variance/trend analysis to help shape performance conversations with stakeholders.Site-Level Engagement Attend monthly meetings with site teams across UK wide portfolio.Provide financial support and commentary to both internal external stakeholders.Day-to-Day Accounting Oversee rent sweeps, funding requests, and cashflow reporting.Collaborate with Accounts Payable and onsite teams to ensure smooth month-end processes and invoice management.Ensure completeness of month-end processes and support the audit as needed.Who Were Looking For: Qualified or Studying: AAT qualified.Open to someone studying towards CIMA or ACCA you will be supported with time off and financial support.Experienced: You know your way around monthly reporting, P&L forecasting, and management packs.Youve worked across commercial/ops and finance.Excel Confident: Youre an advanced Excel user modelling, analysis, and scenario tools are second nature to you.Hands-On & Accountable: You dont need someone checking every step you take ownership, think critically, and follow through.People-Centric: You communicate clearly with site teams, clients, and stakeholders alike. xjdpvnf You can explain the why behind the numbers.What Youll Get: A supportive and collaborative team Real ownership and the ability to influence decision-making Study support (both time and funding) Exposure across Finance, Ops, and Commercial Progression opportunities as the company grows Occasional travel and flexibility when needed If you are currently a Client Accountant or in a similar role looking to take a step up, then we would love to hear from you.
