This is a senior role within the small but dedicatedPinPepteam. Our existing clients require top quality,hands-on management to ensure campaigns are set up for success andaccounts continue togrow.An equally asimportant areaisbuilding the pipeline of new businessopportunities through one-off projects,pitchesand retainers.TheSenior Account Managerpositionis a demanding but rewardingrole thatwill require high energy and a strong work ethic tomaximiseresults.The successful candidate willhave experiencewithinsimilarsalesfocusedaccountmanagementroles(ideally withinmarketing,PRor visual media)where their thoughtful and structured approach hasdelivered tangible results.The role will be split between managing and developingrelationships withexisting clients and proactively sourcing and onboarding new clients (with a particular focus on consumer brands).QualitiesThere is a significant sales element to the role.You canlearnthe language of PRVisualsbut not the hunger to network and build your own portfolio.Comfortableconversingand workingatC-suitelevel and be able tofind and closeopportunitieswith major national and international brands.A background in PR is not essentialbut desirable.
