Assistant Quantity Surveyor Bedford-based contractor £17m New Build & Fit Out WatfordSalary: £35,000£45,000 + package + travel to siteA growing Bedford-based main contractor is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years experience to join its Eastern Region commercial team. The business delivers projects across commercial offices, hospitality, hotels, student accommodation, residential, new build and major refurbishment, with group turnover approaching £200m and a strong pipeline of secured work.?? Location & Contractor BaseThe contractor is headquartered in Bedford, making this role ideal for candidates living in Bedfordshire or the surrounding areas who are happy to travel to the initial project in Watford. Future schemes will include work across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and the wider region, including a major upcoming project in Stevenage.Project Overview £17m New Build & Fit Out, WatfordYou will join an established site team, including a Senior QS, on a live £17m scheme involving a new build element and the fit out of upper-floor rooms.
