We are now seeking a Senior Supported Housing Officer to join our Operations team.The roleReporting to the Housing Manager, you will oversee Supported Housing Officers and Bank Workers across our Croydon schemes.You will ensure clients receive a responsive, high-quality service that promotes wellbeing and independence. You will also deputise for the Housing Manager when required and take part in the On-Call Management rota.This role involves regular travel between schemes.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver an effective and client-focused housing support serviceSupport Housing Officers to set clear, measurable goals with clientsComplete regular audits of Inform, our client management databasePrepare reports on client matters and service deliveryEnsure properties are safe, well maintained and compliant with Health and Safety legislationRecord and report any breaches of policy, procedure or performance concernsOversee safeguarding practice in line with organisational policyProvide supervision to Supported Housing Officers and Bank WorkersOversee Relief Worker supervision and trainingProvide cover across QVT schemes where requiredLiaise with external agencies and attend meetingsAbout usQuo Vadis Trust (QVT) is a specialist housing charity supporting people with mental health needs across South-East London.
