The postholder will lead practice development, workforce capability, and standardisation of care across multiple sites in England and Wales.The role includes responsibility for supporting the onboarding of new clinical staff, including structured teaching, assessment of clinical competencies, and delivery of Objective Structured Clinical Assessments (OSCAs/OSCEs).
