You will work closely with consultants, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure clinics run efficiently and patients receive a safe, respectful, and positive experience. This role involves direct patient contact, chaperoning, and clinical room support, requiring professionalism, discretion, and compassion at all times. Your contribution will directly support improved patient flow and reduced waiting times.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a chaperone during examinations and proceduresAssist clinicians during outpatient clinics and procedure sessionsPrepare and reset clinic rooms to support efficient patient flowMaintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentialityFollow Trust policies, infection control standards, and governance proceduresWork collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams
