The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong operational performance, driving quality standards, and nurturing a developing team.The home provides dementia, residential and respite care and operates at full occupancy, reflecting its strong local reputation and consistent performance.This opportunity sits within a family-led provider with ambitious growth plans to expand further, offering genuine long-term progression opportunities.RequirementsProven experience as a Deputy Manager within a care home setting (essential)Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop new teamsExperience within elderly residential and dementia servicesClinical background desirable but not essentialMust have previous care home leadership experience (no hospital-only backgrounds)Not suitable for candidates seeking a step-up into Deputy ManagerThe Ideal CandidateWe are seeking a strong but nurturing leader — someone who can drive performance while maintaining a warm, values-led approach.
