Conduct assessments, formulations, and manage complex cases with increased perinatal risk. Provide management for treatment‑resistant and complex presentations. Assess and manage risk (vulnerability, suicide risk, health and safety risks, harm to others). Prepare Court Reports, Mental Health Review Tribunal and Managers Hearings reports; attend subsequent hearings. Provide care in clinic and community settings as appropriate. Chair pre‑birth planning meetings and run a pre‑conception counselling clinic. Respond to urgent and routine requests for advice and assessment with community nurses. Consult on safety of psychotropic medication in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
